Я Олена Пісоцька — клінічний психолог, сертифікований системний сімейний психотерапевт, сексолог, кандидат педагогічних наук (PhD), доцент. Працюю з дорослими, дітьми, підлітками та сім’ями.
У своїй роботі спираюся на системний сімейний підхід: допомагаю розглядати труднощі з урахуванням особистого досвіду, стосунків, сімейної історії та обставин життя. Разом із клієнтом досліджуємо, що підтримує проблему, які ресурси вже є та які зміни можуть бути посильними.
До мене можна звернутися з тривогою, емоційним виснаженням, невпевненістю в собі, труднощами у стосунках, питаннями батьківства й сексуальності. Окремий напрям моєї роботи — підтримка людей, які переживають втрату, горювання, невизначеність і наслідки травматичних подій.
