The meeting link arrives by email about an hour before the start and always waits in your account. It opens in the browser — nothing to install.

- Yes. All you need is a browser with a camera. Calendar times are shown on your clock, not on Kyiv time.
- What language is the consultation in?
- Ukrainian, with every specialist. Some also consult in English.
- What if I need to cancel?
- You cancel from your account. Refund terms are set by the specialist and shown in the cancellation dialog.
